Minor and Major Upgrades

Minor Upgrades

All customers, and people evaluating ProjectTrack, receive free minor upgrades (e.g. upgrades from 2007.0.1 to 2007.0.2 version). Minor upgrades include enhancements and error fixes.

When an upgrade is available, ProjectTrack will let you know and allow you to download it and install it automatically. Upgrades are also available on our website.

Major Upgrades

Major upgrades (e.g. upgrades from version 2007.xx to 2008.xx) include error fixes as well as significant functionality enhancements.

Major upgrades are always free of charge for any customer under a support contract (either standard or premium.)

Major upgrades require a new license. Customers eligible for a free major upgrade will automatically receive the new license when the upgrade is launched.

License Upgrade

Customers not eligible for a free upgrade will have the opportunity to purchase it at a discounted rate. For more information or to purchase an upgrade, please contact our Sales Department.
