ProjectTrack Express! - Release Notes

February 1, 2008 - Current Version 2007.4.4 (Build 1620)

This version corrects all reported errors and incorporate the following enhancements and changes:

• A new Search Box has been added in the main window to allow for fast an easy search.
• The program has been stabilized and performance has been increased.
• Data entry screens have been modified to be more user-friendly.

December 14, 2007 - Current Version 2007.4.1 (Build 1550)

This version corrects all reported errors and incorporate the following enhancements and changes:

• Ability to manually import contacts from MS Outlook at any time.
  • Go to Tools > Import Contacts from Outlook
• Email Templates with Variables
  • Go to Collaboration > Emails > Manage Email Templates to see some templates we created to get you started.
  • Using email templates you can now send emails with assignments and status requests.
  • You can also define your signature and include it automatically in all the emails.
• New Email menu in most of the screens
  • This new menu allows you to send emails from any screen in the program.
• Rows height can now expand to show all the information from the Description and the Notes field
  • Go to Tools > Options > Preferences 2 and change the box Automatically set row's height.
• Now you can decide if you want to see branch nodes for all the actions, issues, milestones, etc. from the Personal Folders.
  • Go to Tools > Options > Preferences 2 and change the box Show nodes for all items in the Folder View.
• Automatic grouping when sorting can be enabled or disabled.
  • Go to Tools > Options > Preferences 2 and change the box Automatic Grouping.
• Ability to hide the currency decimals. If you don't use decimals when entering cost, now you can hide them.
  • GO to Tools > Options > Preferences 2 and change the box Display currency decimals.
• Better handling of Documents.
  • A new column has been added at the right of the document list. The column has an icon. Clicking on the icon will open the document.
• Some cosmetic changes in the way lists are displayed. A gray shading has been added to each odd line to facilitate visual browsing.
• Groups can now show totals
  • When lists are sorted and grouping and totals are showed, sub-totals are displayed under each group.
  • Group by one column and then press F7 to see the totals.
• States codes can now be up to 10 characters long. This will fit the code for Australia and other countries.
