Is it safe to order ProjectTrack online?

Yes. We use Share-It, a subsidiary of Digital River, the internet leader in on-line payments. For more information, go to Share-it's FAQ page and look under Data Protection and Data Security.

I do not want to use Share-It. Can I still buy ProjectTrack on-line?

Yes, via PayPal. Send us an email and tell us what you want to order. We will send you a PayPal invoice that you can pay on-line.

Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; just a credit card.

We are a non-profit/government/educational organization. Can we get a discount?

Yes. You receive 50% off all purchases.

Can I pay with a check?

I need a Proforma Invoice, can you send me one?

Yes. Send us an email with the edition you want to purchase, the number of licenses, and your company information. We will send you the invoice.

How can I get a quote?

There are two ways to get a quote.

1. You can email us the information about what you would like to order and we will send you a quote.

2. Or you can figure your costs on-line. Go directly to the Purchase page, select the Edition you want and click on the Buy Now button next to the Support type you would like to purchase.

On the following screen, enter the number of Licenses you want to buy and any discount Coupons you may have. When you press the Update button the total is recalculated (including any volume and coupon discounts).

ProjectTrack does not meet my needs and I would like my money back. How can I get it?

If you purchased ProjectTrack within the last 30 days, we will refund your money. Send us an email. You do not need to give us a reason why, but we would like to know so we can improve ProjectTrack.

If you are unsure if ProjectTrack is right for you and your company, download the evaluation version before making the purchase.
